LAND USE PLAN
YCD Aviation Gateway offers significant areas of developable land fronting both the main airport roadway and the primary taxiway. These locations offer both general access for the public and restricted access for aircraft operations. The land has been reserved for aviation purposes due to its airside access and primary location in the airport.
Larger areas of land can be made available for an appropriate use. The land will be connected for airside operations at the time of development. Size and shape of the lease areas are flexible as this land is not restricted by transitional area set-backs.
